PART-TIME LECTURER - SCHOOL OF HOSPITALITY AND TOURISM

Your main responsibilities include lecturing and research supervision. You are expected to provide academic and career counseling to students.

Prerequisites:

- Master degree and above with two years of teaching experiences in the tertiary level.
- Able to design teaching materials and deliver UK level 6 modules such as: (a) Research Project (b) Innovation in Hospitality and Tourism, and (c) Live Event Management.
- Able to teach day time, weekday classes

EXECUTIVE - ACADEMIC SERVICES AND QUALITY ASSURANCE

The position of Academic Services Executive is a position in the Academic Services & Quality Assurance department within the Registrar Office. The position provides assistance and support to the Deputy Registrar and Registrar in a broad range of duties associated with academic services and quality assurance reporting.

Requirements
A diploma or degree or equivalent qualification, preferable with some administrative experience in an educational organization or a service organization
Excellent written English skills
Good organization skills and the ability to work to priorities and work within deadlines
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with senior management as well as academic and administrative staff at TMC.
Good communication skills and understanding of how to deliver information across a complex organisation.
An ability to achieve high levels of accuracy in work and in validating information received from other areas
Demonstrated flexibility to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to follow written procedures and develop and use administrative tools to ensure very high levels of accuracy.
A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite of programs, including word, excel and outlook applications.
Ability to use Excel effectively to analyse data will be an added advantage.
