Your main responsibilities as a part time lecturer include lecturing, curriculum and course development, review and course administration. You are expected to provide career and personal counseling to students

This position is one of several positions in the Student Services and Support team within the Academic Registrar Office at TMC. This position requires to provide excellent services to new and enrolled students in the courses offered by TMC. The broad range of duties include course administration, resource administration, providing academic adminstrative support to Head of School, Student adminstration, graduation ceremony, internship administration etc.

A degree or diploma and a minimum of 2 years administrative experience, preferably in an educational institution.
Excellent written English skills
Good organization skills and the ability to work to priorities and work within deadlines.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with senior management as well as academic and administrative staff at TMC.
Good communication skills and understanding of how to deliver information across a complex organisation.
An ability to achieve high levels of accuracy and in validating information received from other areas.
Demonstrated flexibility to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to follow written procedures and develop and use administrative tools to ensure very high levels of accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative when required.
Able to perform shift duties
