The part-time lecturer will be expected to provide high quality teaching to the psychology students at TMC. The incumbent should be able to teach the following levels in the School of Psychology:
- Higher Diploma
- Degree
- Dissertation

Master/ PhD or equivalent degree in related disciplines
At least 3 years of teaching experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in developing teaching materials, including the effective use of IT technologies (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard) in the facilitation of teaching and learning.
Demonstrated research and research supervision experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
A good knowledge of the Singaporean education system and other international education systems, particularly those in the United Kingdom, Australia and the U.S A.
Registered with the Singapore Psychological Society or relevant professional bodies

The position of Academic Services Executive is a position in the Academic Services & Quality Assurance department within the Registrar Office. The position provides assistance and support to the Deputy Registrar and Registrar in a broad range of duties associated with academic services and quality assurance reporting.

A diploma or degree or equivalent qualification, preferable with some administrative experience in an educational organization or a service organization
Excellent written English skills
Good organization skills and the ability to work to priorities and work within deadlines
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with senior management as well as academic and administrative staff at TMC.
Good communication skills and understanding of how to deliver information across a complex organisation.
An ability to achieve high levels of accuracy in work and in validating information received from other areas
Demonstrated flexibility to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to follow written procedures and develop and use administrative tools to ensure very high levels of accuracy.
A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite of programs, including word, excel and outlook applications.
Ability to use Excel effectively to analyse data will be an added advantage.

Programme Consultant - (Executive - Student Recruitment & Marketing)

The incumbent should be someone with good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to influence and close deals.

The incumbent is expected to provide programme consultation, offer professional advice and recruit students into the programmes to meet monthly sales target. You must be comfortable in making cold calls, participate in roadshows, fairs, events, seminars and preview sessions.
